Consumer Code for Home Builders

Carronvale Homes Ltd are committed to providing our Home Buyers with the very best service both before and after they move in to their new home, and therefore fully support the introduction of the new Consumer Code for Home Builders.

The Consumer Codes comes into force on 1st April 2010 for all Home Buyers who buy a new Home and which has been built by a Home Builder under the insurance protection of one of the following Home Warranty Bodies LABC, NHBC, Premier.

The purpose of the Consumer Code is to ensure that all Home Buyers:

• are treated fairly
• know the service levels to expect
• are given reliable information upon which to make their decisions and
• know how to access speedy, low cost dispute resolution arrangements if they are dissatisfied
